Deposits/Minimums

  • $1,000.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is required for Booking

  • Services available Sunday-Thursday, and before 3pm Friday-Saturday, $1,950 +

  • Services available Friday-Saturday after 3pm, $3,500 +

Our Standard Self-Serve Buffet-Style Catering Service

  • We arrive at your event location at least 1-hour prior to the scheduled start time for your catering service

  • We provide buffet tables w/ black fitted linens that fit the buffet tables provided (unless client makes other linen color arrangements)

  • We set-up and tear-down the buffet, keeping it clean and stocked during service

  • We provide chafing sets w/ water and fuel; serving platters and serving utensils; and all equipment necessary to operate the buffet

  • We provide disposable plates, napkins and plasticware that will be placed on the buffet (White China, Stainless Flatware and Linen Napkins available for an Additional Charge)

  • Our Standard Service does not include staff to circulate and buss tables, removing trash/food and beverage debris from the reception area, but that service is available for an Additional Charge
